Shipping Information
NO REFUNDS
Due the edible nature of our product, all sales are final and returns cannot be accommodated. However, we are happy to issue store credit in the event that there is product damage.
DELIVERY
Delivery will be made through UPS, USPS, or FedEx, whichever is fastest for customer delivery. After the order is processed, orders will be shipped to its destination in 2-3 days.
WARM TEMPERATURES
We package your gifts in ice and an insulated box to preserve quality. However, we recommend the boxes be brought into cool temperatures as soon as possible. In order to ensure quality and freshness of our product, we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders placed on Thursday-Sunday will ship out the following Monday.
